Description

The Senior Analyst / Principal Analyst will play a key role in supporting the implementation, ongoing upgrades, and continuous improvement of the EPM tool, while also contributing to standard FP&A; activities. This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders, including Regional Directors, Finance Business Partners, external vendors, and other senior leaders across countries, to address queries, resolve issues, and support consistent finance processes. Key responsibilities will include data uploads, reconciliations, EPM setup activities, template development, data quality assurance, process standardization, and reporting insights to support management decision-making. As the role continues to evolve, it may include additional responsibilities beyond those outlined here.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and review EPM data uploads across countries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

- Follow up on missing information and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with country finance teams, regional stakeholders, and implementation team to resolve EPM-related queries, data issues, and process dependencies.

- Analyse structures, cost estimates, budgets, controls, and related financial information to support effective FP&A; decision-making.

- Perform and coordinate monthly reconciliations to ensure ERP and HFM balances are aligned with the new EPM tool and follow up on anomalies through to resolution.

- Coordinate user setup, modifications, access reviews, and closures within the EPM tool.

- Coordinate UAT, issue tracking,



and post-implementation validation to ensure the EPM tool operates effectively across countries.

- Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain data integrity, consistency, and appropriate control discipline.

- Monitor and analyse monthly and year-to-date costs against budget, as well as actuals versus prior year.

- Prepare and maintain SOPs, standard templates, reports, and status update trackers to support consistent processes across all countries.

- Support and contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A; activities and EPM-related workflows.

- Execute and review EPM processes and reports to generate meaningful insights for management review.

Qualifications

B.Com / B.Com (Hons) / M.Com with 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, financial reporting, cost management, or finance transformation activities. An MBA in Finance would be an advantage.

Key Competencies / Skills / Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, along with robust analytical skills and a sound understanding of data structures, data flows, financial analysis, and financial planning. Knowledge of Anaplan, Hyperion tools would be an advantage. Experience with data reconciliations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination would be preferred.
