Job Description:
A Relationship Manager in Private Credit sources, structures, and manages high-value alternative debt investments and corporate funding mandates. They connect mid-to-large corporate borrowers, CFOs, and promoters with non-bank capital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Origination: Sourcing mandates for structured credit, alternative investment funds (AIF), and non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
- Credit Structuring: Designing customized high-yield term loans, mezzanine financing, or specialized debt facilities.
- Portfolio Management: Monitoring asset health, tracking financial performance, and maintaining credit hygiene.
Core Skills Needed
- Financial Analysis: Reading balance sheets and evaluating cash flow sustainability.
- Network & Pitching: Direct engagement with promoters and institutional lenders.
- Execution: Coordinating with legal and compliance teams for smooth loan disbursements.
