Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee commercial operations, including procurement, contracts, vendor management, billing, cost control, and financial coordination. The candidate will ensure smooth commercial processes and support business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end commercial operations and business transactions.
- Handle vendor management, purchase orders, quotations, negotiations, and contracts.
- Monitor project/business costs and ensure effective cost control.
- Coordinate with the finance and accounts team for billing, payments, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Review and negotiate commercial terms and agreements with clients and vendors.
- Prepare commercial reports, MIS, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.




- Monitor statutory and contractual compliance related to commercial activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Finance.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of commercial operations and contract management.
- Experience in procurement, vendor negotiations, billing, and cost control.
- Good understanding of financial processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Solid analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and commercial activities independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years of relevant experience as a Commercial Manager / Commercial Executive / Commercial Operations Manager.
