Your work profile

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Senior Consultant with solid hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The candidate should have experience in implementation, rollout, and AMS support projects, with the ability to optimize manufacturing, production planning, and quality processes across SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

Lead and support SAP PP/QM implementation, rollout, and AMS support activities.

Analyze business requirements and configure SAP PP and QM solutions to meet organizational needs.

Configure and manage SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules based on business requirements.

Define and maintain production-related master data, including Item Master attributes, production line setup, production sequences, and units per hour.

Configure Production Planning parameters, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and production capacity planning.

Develop and maintain master production schedules, production schedules, and work orders based on customer demand and business requirements.

Manage production execution to ensure quality, delivery targets, and operational efficiency.

Configure warehouse integration including raw material picking logic, backflush processing, and FIFO-based raw material consumption.

Monitor and improve production productivity, efficiency, downtime, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through data analysis.

Configure and support production quality processes including rejection, rework, scrap management, and corrective actions.

Configure and support Lot and Serial Number Tracking for end-to-end product traceability.

Support labor, burden, and overhead costing for production cost managemen
