About the Opportunity

Our centers are equipped with state-of-the-art linear accelerators, IMRT, IGRT, and brachytherapy suites, serving high-volume urban and tier-2 patient populations. We prioritize clinical excellence, research integration, and compassionate care delivery across our growing network of cancer centers. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily radiation treatment planning and delivery for complex oncology cases including head & neck, breast, prostate, CNS, and GI cancers
- Oversee contouring, dosimetry, and quality assurance protocols in alignment with RTOG, ESTRO, and NCCN guidelines
- Collaborate with surgical oncologists, medical oncologists, and radiologists in tumor boards to develop integrated treatment pathways
- Train and supervise resident doctors, physicists, and therapy technicians on clinical protocols and safety standards
- Participate in clinical audits,
QA initiatives, and protocol development to maintain JCIA/ISO/NABH compliance
- Engage in clinical research, data collection, and publication aligned with institutional and national cancer registry goals
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- DM Radiation Oncology or DNB Radiation Oncology from NMC-recognized institute
- Valid NMC license with active registration
- Proficiency in IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, SBRT, and brachytherapy planning systems
- Experience with Varian Eclipse, Monarch, or similar TPS platforms
- Working knowledge of RTOG/ESTRO protocols and NCCN guidelines
- Completion of structured oncology fellowship or 2+ years post-DDS experience
Preferred
- Experience with HDR/LDR brachytherapy and SRS/SBRT workflows
- Publications or research involvement in radiation oncology journals
- Training in proton therapy or Gamma Knife (if applicable)
