This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Fullstack Engineer who enjoys combining technical ownership with team leadership. You will lead a team responsible for high-impact, user-facing applications and interfaces within a large-scale technology platform. The role combines architecture, coding, mentoring, and delivery management, with a strong focus on modern JavaScript/TypeScript development. You will translate complex product requirements into high-performance, data-rich user experiences while helping the team maintain a strong delivery rhythm. AI-assisted engineering is an significant part of the role, with opportunities to integrate coding agents, automated testing, and AI-first interface patterns into everyday development. You will work closely with Product, Design, QA, Backend, and other technical teams in a fast-moving, international environment.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Backend, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into cohesive, scalable, and user-focused features.
- Define and drive Fullstack technical strategy, architecture, engineering practices, and roadmap priorities for large-scale applications.
- Break down product roadmaps into actionable engineering initiatives and maintain a high-velocity, predictable delivery cadence.
