- Customer & Account Management
- Act as the primary Key Account Manager for assigned customers and bundle solution accounts.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customer requirements related to logistics and supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with customers for EXIM documentation, Bills of Lading (BL), Invoices, shipment related corrections, transportation requirements, and information flow.
- Lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with contracted customers.
- Monitor, drive, and achieve agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- Vendor Management, Logistics & Transportation Operations, Operational Excellence
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation planning, customs clearance, truck placement, and shipment execution.
- Ensure timely vehicle availability and proactive resolution of transportation challenges to avoid service failures.




- Monitor all trucking requests received from customers and ensure timely quotation submissions as per agreed turnaround times.
- Maintain real time visibility of shipment movements and communicate operational updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the transport desk and transportation operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for transportation arrangements, E-Way Bill generation, empty container drop-off, and related logistics activities.
- Identify, onboard, and negotiate with transporters, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with service standards and contractual obligations.
