- Experience in Automotive Industry or Construction industry – Shop floor daily management, Fabrication, Welding, Continuous improvement and problem solving techniques

- Daily production schedule attainment with SQDCM parameters
- Drive Productivity Improvements, Lean,



TPM & EHS initiatives
- Coach & Mentor the shop floor resources and create the team work to deliver better results
- Guide the team on problem solving techniques through proper analysis & Root causing processes
- Drive IMS Process and implementation
- Plan and improve the workforce flexibility and multiskilling of the team members
- Responsible for development of Tools, Tackles, Trolleys for fabrication Parts
- Maintaining & improving Processes, Production efficiency, cycle time, capacity, & Process capabilities.
- Layout Changes and Modifications to ensure High Productivity
