10-15 years of experience in business development for industrial pump/ engineering products.

Summary /Purpose of the role
- To track the market dynamics, cultivate & leverage customer relationship, forecasting, create market pull, for existing & new product, proactively meet OEM, consultants & brief them about existing & current products and get them in KBL fold and connect with channel partners .
- Take forward initiatives of APOEM (Pumpsets OEM) Improve competencies of channel partners - Organize and conduct trainings for channel partners.
- Ensure all key financial parameters monthly (Sales ,book, recovery) plan .
- Responsible for 3 states – Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Key Responsibilities

Primary:

 Formulation of AOP, LRP, and plan the growth

 Forecasting of stocks.





 Identify & Develop Key OEM, Consultant, Contractor and create market pull all India

 Take the APOEM (Pumpset OEM) initiative forward.

 Execution support - co-ordination with KOV plant and dealers and ensure monthly sales plan.

 Create awareness with customer as well as dealers on the right product for right application.

 Credit control management.

 Development of dealer’s sales team and dealer management.

 All process implementation at dealer’s end including support to Audit team.

 Secondary sale and market share monitoring.

 Identify gaps and appointment of channel partners, executing Legal Agreement etc. to complete the defined process.

 Marketing activities planning and execution for the zone with channel partners .

 Identify Training needs of dealer’s sales team & arrange training at KOV

 Application data bank creation.

 Follow SFDC process and GTM for dealers.
