Job Description:

ROLE DVP or VP for Equity Capital Markets

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS MBA / CA / CFA Level 3

EXPERIENCE PROFILE

 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in ECM, investment banking, or capital markets, with a demonstrated track record in origination and client acquisition.

 Established personal network among corporates, promoters, PE/VC investors and institutional counterparties that can be activated for deal origination.
 Experience engaging directly with institutional investors and managing investor relationships/roadshows.
 Working familiarity with ECM regulatory framework (SEBI ICDR, LODR) is expected; hands-on execution/drafting experience is a good-to-have, not mandatory.

Key Skills

 Strong origination instinct with the ability to independently build a client pipeline and convert relationships into mandates.
 Excellent relationship-management and investor-facing communication skills, comfortable leading client and investor meetings.
 Confident presence for external representation — conferences,



roadshows and one-on-one investor meetings.

 Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and prioritize high- potential origination opportunities.

 Leadership orientation with willingness to mentor junior team members on origination and client engagement.

CTC (Per Annum) Commensurate with experience and credentials

ROLE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To lead origination of ECM mandates (IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, OFS, preferential allotments and other equity/equity-linked instruments), with the primary focus on client acquisition, relationship management
and investor engagement. The incumbent will be a senior individual contributor working closely with the Head – ECM to build the client franchise and syndication network and will mentor the junior member of the team.
