Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Management Representative (MR) – Quality for a Gravity Die Casting manufacturing plant at Waluj. The MR will be responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with applicable ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements, customer-specific requirements, and internal quality standards.

The candidate will act as a key link between top management, quality, production, foundry operations,



and other functional departments to ensure effective implementation of the QMS across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. QMS Management & Compliance
- Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and applicable customer-specific requirements.
- Monitor QMS procedures, work instructions, quality manuals, formats, and records.
- Ensure effective implementation of quality policies and objectives throughout the plant.
- Identify gaps in the QMS and initiate corrective and preventive actions.

2. Gravity Die Casting Process Quality
- Monitor quality systems related to gravity die casting, melting, pouring, mould preparation, fettling, trimming, machining, and inspection.
- Coordinate with Production and Process Engineering teams to control process variations.
- Ensure implementation of process control plans, inspection standards, PFMEA, work instructions, and quality check sheets.
