- You will define and shape the high-voltage architecture of next-generation electric vehicles, driving system-level decisions across battery, power electronics, and HV distribution.
- You’ll lead the development of cutting-edge EV technologies, ensuring safe, efficient, and scalable HV systems aligned with global standards.
- You’ll collaborate with global engineering teams, suppliers, and vehicle integration experts, translating system requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Join the EV engineering team within the High Voltage Systems domain, focusing on development and integration of HV components.
- Collaborate closely with battery, power electronics, thermal, and software teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Be part of a cross-functional environment that emphasizes safety, reliability, and performance of HV systems across the vehicle lifecycle.
- Work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven setup, enabling continuous learning in emerging EV technologies and global automotive standards.

What should you bring along

- Very good English language skills (German language is an advantage).
- Proactive, teamwork-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a matrix environment.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Automotive Engineering.




- 15+ years of experience in Electric Vehicle or Automotive HV systems.
- Proven experience in leading teams or modules, including successful delivery of minimum two full vehicle/EV programs across the entire development lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in product development lifecycle .
- Ability to communicate effectively with global teams and suppliers.
- Hands-on mindset with attention to safety and quality

Must have technical skill

- Deep knowledge of:
- High Voltage Architecture (400V / 800V systems)
- Battery systems (Li-ion chemistry, BMS basics)
- Power electronics (inverters, converters)

- Strong understanding of:

- Electrical schematics & wiring harness design
- HV safety concepts (isolation, grounding, interlocks)
- EMC/EMI design considerations

- Experience in:

- Requirements management tools (xxx Polarion, etc.)
- DFMEA, DVP&R;, validation processes
- CAN communication & diagnostics (UDS)

- Familiarity with:

- ISO 26262 Functional Safety
- Automotive standards (AIS, UNECE, IEC, SAE)

- Hands-on experience with:

- Testing & validation of HV components
- Lab equipment (oscilloscopes, insulation testers, etc.)

Good to have Technical skills

- Knowledge of:
- Thermal management systems for batteries & power electronics
- Control strategies for EV powertrain

- Experience with:

- Battery Enclosure, Cell Stacking
- Bus Bar Packaging
- Battery System Integration
- Supplier management

- Familiarity with:

- Vehicle integration and system-level testing

- Charging standards
