Job Description: Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Direct Sales professional to drive residential/commercial real estate sales through direct customer engagement. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, managing prospects, and converting them into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads through direct sales activities, references, walk-ins, and personal networking.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and closure.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
- Conduct property presentations and arrange/coordinate site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, meetings, and WhatsApp/email.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a solid pipeline of prospective buyers and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with CRM, pre-sales, documentation,



and other internal teams for smooth closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and bookings.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
