Role Purpose

The Data Analysis & MIS Executive will drive data-based decision making across Production, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance. The role will design dashboards, generate actionable insights and enable leaders and functional heads with timely, accurate and meaningful management information.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean and consolidate data from Production, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance functions.

Design and maintain dashboards, MIS reports and executive scorecards for Top Management and Functional Heads.

Track key operational and business KPIs such as productivity, OTIF, TAT, cost, revenue, margins and customer metrics.

Provide analytical insights to Production In-charge and Functional Heads to improve planning, efficiency, quality and delivery performance.

Identify trends, gaps and risks in business performance and recommend data-backed improvement actions.

Support monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews with structured data packs and presentations.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency and governance across reports and dashboards.

Automate routine MIS reporting wherever possible to improve turnaround time and reliability.

Work closely with IT and functional teams for data integration and system improvements.

Daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports





Performance trend analysis and insight notes for leadership

Data packs for business reviews and strategic discussions

Skills and Competencies

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

High comfort with data interpretation and storytelling for business users

Ability to translate numbers into actionable insights

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Detail oriented with a structured and process driven approach

Technical Skills

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred

Working knowledge of ERP, MIS or HRIS systems is an added advantage

Basic understanding of manufacturing and operations metrics will be a plus

Education and Experience

Graduate or Post Graduate in Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Management or related fields

1 to 6 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics or Data Analysis roles, preferably in manufacturing or operations driven environments
