What will you be doing?
- Prepare and maintain Project schedules ( Level – 1 to 4) using Primavera / MS Projects for complete project (Engineering / Procurement / Construction)
- Set up progress measurement system and prepare Progress curves for all phases of project (Engineering / Procurement / Construction)
- Prepare and maintain Project deliverable lists
- Prepare and issue progress reports (weekly / monthly)
- Generate Look Ahead plans and calculate variance analysis
- Carry out Critical path analysis on a monthly basis
- Interact with the Discipline lead engineers for obtaining the project status and forecast
- Interact with Procurement and Construction engineers for obtaining the project status and forecast




- Preparation of tender schedules / Interface schedules for various packages in the project
- Evaluation of vendor’s schedule and integrating the same in the Project Master Schedule
- Prepare productivity reports and carry out manpower planning and control
- Support the Project Manager in engineering coordination and project follow up

We think you should have:
- Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering – Preferably in Chemical / Mechanical / Civil / ProductionYears of Experience : 15 to 20 years
- Work Experience : Worked as a Lead Planning Engineer (or Project Controls Manager) on Chemical / Petro-Chemical / Refinery / Oil & Gas projects. Hands on experience in detailed engineering planning. Experience of executing EPC / EPCM project is added advantage.
- Software skills : Conversant with Primavera and MS Project. Working knowledge of MS Office.
