The Vehicle Assembly Engineering or Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing all engineering activities related to vehicle assembly operations. This role ensures productive, safe, and high-quality assembly processes while driving continuous improvement and supporting new model launches.

Responsibilities
- Understand the client requirement , get complete clarity on the project scope ,
- Prepare technical proposals and work with CFT teams for necessary internal approvals before proposal submission
- Set up a project organization, hiring new resource , if required , set up delivery teams based on the nature of project
- Drive team for delivery of projects , own the project deliverables & KPI , Prepare and drive the improvement plans
