Job Overview:
The Financial Analyst is a key player in the forecasting and budgeting process for the company. This role has hands-on daily interaction with key management across the organization including General Managers, Vice Presidents of Operations, and C-Level Executives. Other duties include maintaining other operational tools used across the company and assisting with monthly operational reporting, quarterly Board of Directors reporting, and various ad hoc reporting requests. This role also includes analysis of sales trends and key operating metrics including utilization and ABR.

Responsibilities

- Administers the forecasting process and cycle with all operating business groups.
- Consolidates and analyzes forecast data and provides analysis and reporting to key management.
- Assists Finance team in designing and developing new tools needed to meet company growth goals and expectations.
- Maintains and deploys costing tools used by operational and sales resources across the company.
- Manages resolution of system and tool issues in a timely manner and provides training and guidance to current resources and business groups as applicable.
- Key interface with Marketing and CRM system.
- Prepares various operational analysis reports used in monthly internal reporting.
- Prepares reporting for quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
- Prepares ad hoc reporting requested by senior management on a periodic basis.
- Assists in evaluation of tools, decisions, and results of the forecasting
