Key Responsibilities
Deployment & Project Management
● Assist in planning, tracking,



and executing deployment projects across multiple regions and time
zones.
● Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
● Ensure deployments are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
● Coordinate deployment readiness activities, including configuration, data migration, user
acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Coordinate internal resources and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
● Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and stakeholders.

Process & Operational Excellence
● Identify opportunities to improve deployment methodologies, documentation, and operational
processes.
● Track deployment KPIs and prepare management dashboards.
Leadership
● Mentor and guide Deployment Associates or junior team members.
● Support resource planning and workload management.
● Act on behalf of the Global Deployment Mana
