Job Description:

Designation – Deputy Manager / Manager – Human Resources & Administration

Working days- 6 (Sunday Weekly off, however depending upon plant maintenance off might differ

Working Hours- 8.30-5.30 pm, late sitting depending on the requirement

Gender- Male / Female (Preferred Married & Settled)

Candidate should be able to speak decent English and Gujarati speaking is mandatory

Experience- 4-5 years in HR in a Senior Executive/Managerial role and mandatory from any manufacturing industry (Preference to Automobile)

Location- Jhakwada (10 kms before Viramgam), Ahmedabad

Job Description –
- Attendance management & time keeping




- Working closely with other departments to understand Manpower requirement
- Recruiting workers for Rubber products manufacturing company & Liaising with ITI Institutes for recruitment.
- Basic Administration work & handling Petty cash
- Assist in HR / 5S / ISO Audits
- Liaising with corporate office and German partner Counterpart for Global HR reporting
- Compliance of local Labor Laws
- Induction of new joiners with Assisting in handling joining / exit formalities
- Maintaining employee personnel records
- Dealing with employee grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
