Requirements
? Commi 1 (Sr Kitchen
Executive ) – Senior Level
- Prepare
and cook Continental dishes according to recipes and
quality standards.
- Guide
and support Commi 2 & Commi 3 team members.
- Assist
the Chef de Partie with daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain
excellent standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
- Ensure
smooth and efficient functioning of the assigned kitchen section.

? Commi 2( Kitchen Executive
) – Intermediate Level
- Assist
with preparation of Continental dishes, sauces, marinades,
vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Perform
cutting, portioning, marinating, and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain
a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
- Follow




food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures.
- Support
Commi 1 while developing advanced Continental cooking techniques.

? Commi 3(Kitchen Helper)
– Junior / Entry Level
- Assist
with basic preparation such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning
ingredients.
- Support
the team in preparing Continental cuisine.
- Assist
with kitchen setup, cleaning, and maintaining work areas.
- Follow
food safety and hygiene standards.
- Learn
fundamental cooking techniques and grow within the kitchen team.

What We’re Looking For
- Passion
for Continental Cuisine and a genuine interest in
cooking.
- Culinary
training or relevant kitchen experience required for Commi 1 &
2.3
- Positive
attitude and robust teamwork skills.
- Willingness
