ï Manage content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

ï Create and maintain monthly content calendars, campaigns, and platform-specific plans.

ï Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging formats to identify recent content opportunities.

Content Creation & Production

ï Plan and create engaging content including posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, stories, and

corporate content.

ï Manage content from ideation to publishing, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

ï Plan and coordinate video and reel shoots, including basic production requirements.

ï Hands-on familiarity with camera usage, lighting, microphones, and basic production equipment.

ï Edit reels and short-form videos using relevant editing tools.

ï Strong working knowledge of Canva for social media creatives.Brand & PR Marketing

ï Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and digital identity across social platforms.





ï Create content around company updates, product launches, events, partnerships, leadership

communication, and industry insights.

ï Support PR and marketing initiatives through engaging social media communication.

Trends & Innovation

ï Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithms, and audience behavior.

ï Identify relevant trending topics, sounds, formats, and conversations.

ï Experiment with new content formats to improve reach and engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

ï Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, watch time, and

clicks.

ï Use social media analytics/reporting tools to evaluate content performance.

ï Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

ï Continuously optimize content and strategy based on data and insights.

Requirements
