Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: You will be the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring transparent communication throughout the planning and execution phases.
- Understanding Client Needs: Thoroughly grasp the clientâs objectives, preferences, and expectations for the event. This involves active listening and the ability to translate their vision into actionable plans.
- Proposal Development: Create proposals that outline event details, including venue options, catering, décor, entertainment, and budget estimates. Present these proposals to clients and negotiate terms as needed.
