Role Summary:




Responsible for driving sales of Joint Replacement products (Hip & Knee Implants) and VELYS Robotic Surgery solutions in assigned hospitals and Cuttack and out side of Bhubaneswar territories. Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and distributors to achieve business targets and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for Joint Replacement implants and VELYS Robotics.
- Develop relationships with Orthopaedic Surgeons, hospital purchase teams, and key decision-makers.
- Generate demand, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities.
- Support surgeries by ensuring implant and instrument availability.
- Identify and manage tender opportunities and government business.
- Conduct surgeon training, product demonstrations, and clinical support activities.
- Manage key accounts, consignment inventory, and instrument maintenance.
- Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and replenishment.
- Track market trends
