URGENT HIRING – BAMS DOCTOR

? Location: Block C, New Industrial Township 5, New Industrial Township, Faridabad, Haryana

POSITION

BAMS Doctor – ICU Trained

QUALIFICATION

• BAMS from a recognized institution

• Valid Medical Council Registration

EXPERIENCE

• ICU-trained candidate required

• Candidates with prior ICU / Emergency / Critical Care experience will be preferred

• Salary will be based on work experience and clinical expertise

SALARY

? ₹35,000 – ₹65,000 per Month

DUTY HOURS

? 24-Hour Duty

• Alternate-day duty schedule

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and manage ICU patients under the supervision/guidance of the treating consultant

• Perform regular patient assessment and monitor vital parameters

• Assist in managing critically ill and emergency patients

• Identify deterioration in patient condition and promptly escalate to the concerned consultant

• Assist with emergency procedures and resuscitation as per training and hospital protocols

• Monitor medication, investigations,



fluid balance and treatment response

• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate ICU case sheets, progress notes and clinical documentation

• Ensure timely communication of critical changes in patient condition

• Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices and patient-safety standards

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong ICU and emergency-care exposure

• Positive patient monitoring and clinical assessment skills

• Ability to respond promptly during emergencies

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Responsible and patient-centric approach

• Willingness to work 24-hour alternate duties
