Job Purpose (1-2 Lines):

This position oversees one of the major technology platforms (pathology, digital pathology and IHC) and is into clinical biomarker assay development, validation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on assay selection and design for the development,



qualification/validation, and sample analysis of IHC/ISH assays.
- Collaborate closely with onsite scientists and pathologists to support translational pathology and immunohistochemistry workflows.
- Lead and manage a team of scientists, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to ongoing translational R&D; projects in partnership with cross-functional teams and external hospital networks.
- Engage in continuous learning and actively support digital pathology workflows.
- Participate in the preparation, review, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); assist with inventory management and conduct periodic reviews.
- Play an active role in recruitment processes, including conducting interviews and evaluating team performance.
