Job Purpose
To manage and deliver IT projects and initiatives for the 3in1 App & Web platform by coordinating with business, product, technology, QA, vendors, and other stakeholders. The role is responsible for effective project planning, execution, tracking, risk and dependency management, quality assurance, and timely delivery in alignment with business objectives and defined IT processes.Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Delivery
• Manage end-to-end execution of assigned IT projects from requirement initiation through production deployment and closure.
• Prepare project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery trackers.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Business, Technology, QA, Architecture, Security, and other teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, scope, quality, and deliverables.
• Identify delivery risks, issues, and dependencies and drive them towards timely resolution.
• Ensure project documentation, approvals, sign-offs,



and governance checkpoints are completed as per defined processes.
• Track project changes and assess their impact on timelines, scope, resources, and dependencies.

Application & Technical Delivery Management
• Manage IT initiatives across Mobile App and Web platforms, with a focus on Android and iOS application journeys.
• Develop a working understanding of application architecture, APIs, integrations, environments, release processes, and technology dependencies.
• Coordinate with development teams for solutioning, development, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Ensure functional and technical requirements are adequately understood before development and testing.
• Support investigation and resolution of production issues by coordinating with relevant technology and support teams.
• Ensure appropriate impact assessment and regression testing are completed for application changes.
