Job Purpose
• To identify Technology Compliance requirement for IT Infrastructure Units
• To draft Compliance policies & procedure
• To work with IT Infra Units to implement compliance controls.
• To track Status of Compliance
• To remediate noncompliance as per the governance structure
• To interface with External Auditors for all IT Infra Units
• To ensure all audit points are closed as per the defined TAT
Duties and Responsibilities
• IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery governance across traditional, cloud, and emerging technology landscapes.
• Accountable for managing the Disaster Recovery (DR) program end-to-end, ensuring DR drills are executed as per schedule,
• current DR requirements and implementations, and ensuring operational resiliency across multi-cloud
• Enterprise-wide resilience aligned with organizational strategy, RBI/NBFC regulatory expectations, and industry standards such as ISO 22301.
Major Challenges
• Timely execution of Disaster Recovery
• Multi-Cloud DR execution
• Comply regulatory and compliance requirement.
Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
• Engineering / Computer Graduate with specialization IT Operations and rrelevant experience in BCM / DR
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with strong stakeholder communication capability
• Logical and structured approach to problem solving in high-pressure environments
• Strong knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery principles in regulated (NBFC/BFSI) environments
• ITIL Foundation or Intermediate Certification
• Strong understanding of IT Disaster Recovery concepts including RPO, RTO, failover, and failback




• Hands-on knowledge of multi-cloud environments including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Understanding of cross-cloud DR architectures, replication, backup, and recovery strategies
• Exposure to IT DR orchestration and automation platforms for failover and recovery workflows
• Knowledge of resiliency and continuity design for AI/ML platforms, data pipelines, and AI-enabled products
• Understanding of technology resiliency covering infrastructure, application, data, and process layers
• Basic understanding of data backup, recovery mechanisms, and data center architectures
• Knowledge of implementing, managing, or auditing ISO 22301 BCMS (Preferred)
• Exposure to ISO 27001 ISMS controls and audit requirements

The position ensures enterprise-wide resilience aligned with organizational strategy, RBI/NBFC regulatory expectations,



and industry standards such as ISO 22301.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Disaster Recovery (DR) program end-to-end in alignment with enterprise BC/DR strategy and regulatory expectations
• Ensure Disaster Recovery drills are executed as per approved schedule, scope, and success criteria
• Identify, assess, and onboard new DR requirements including design review, implementation oversight, and readiness validation
• Facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) across business and IT functions
• Develop, review, and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans covering on-prem, cloud, and AI platforms
• Track DR drill outcomes, lessons learned, and ensure time-bound closure of corrective actions
• Act as SME and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all BC/DR related matters
• Proactively identify and escalate BC/DR risks, gaps, and compliance issues to leadership
• Establish and publish periodic BC/DR dashboards, metrics, and management reports
• Monitor and support BC/DR testing including scenario-based, cyber recovery, and cloud DR drills
• Support business and IT teams during business continuity incidents and crisis situations
• Ensure compliance with Bajaj Finance specific BC/DR commitments and RBI expectations
• Drive ISO 22301 certification, surveillance, and re-certification activities
• Design and conduct BC/DR training and awareness programs for business, IT, and partners
• Collaborate with IT, Cloud, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams on resilience initiatives
• Support internal, external, and regulatory audits including evidence preparation and observation closure
