The position involves active communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role demands a proactive approach to managing multiple facets of the program or project, ensuring that all components work harmoniously towards the desired business results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist junior team members in understanding project goals and methodologies to support their growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Experience in stakeholder communication and expectation management.
- Competence in tracking project performance metrics and reporting progress.




- Familiarity with tools and techniques for effective program control and governance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our BDC9 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
