Job Purpose
To ensure the ongoing development and consistent quality delivery of the Bajaj Finserv Consumer App.Duties and Responsibilities
1. Solutioning and Documentation:
o Create a comprehensive solution document ensuring all test cases are covered.
o Prepare the program specification document (Low-Level Design - LLD).
2. Software Development and Coding
o Should be hands on software engineer, eager to code, debug and solve issues, and help teams whenever needed
o Ensure the LLD is implemented correctly into the code by the team
o Ensure that code documentation is done by the team
o Review code to ensure quality and adherence to standards
o Follow the Scrum Process within the team
3. Test Scenarios and Unit Testing:
o Ensure that unit test code is written with more than 80% code coverage, and 100% test scenario coverage
o Oversee the testing process done by QA Engineer, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy
4. Team and Resource Management:
o Manage leave/rostering schedules of the Team to avoid delays in delivery
o Act as an owner and team manager,

1. Team Structure and Roles: Defining team roles, responsibilities, and structure to optimize workflow and collaboration. This includes decisions on hiring current team members, promoting or reassigning existing ones, and determining the best team configuration for project success.
2. Project Planning and Road mapping: Developing detailed project plans and roadmaps that outline timelines, milestones, and deliverables. This involves setting realistic deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
