AECOM is seeking experienced Project Managers - Transmission Line, HVDC & Substation to lead Program Management Consultancy (PMC) services for large-scale transmission infrastructure packages associated with the Khavda Hybrid Renewable Energy Program.
The successful candidate will provide overall leadership, governance, coordination and delivery oversight of Transmission Line, HVAC Substation and HVDC Terminal Station packages, ensuring safe,



timely and compliant execution in accordance with contractual, technical, quality, environmental and commercial requirements.
The role requires extensive experience in Extra High Voltage (EHV) transmission systems, multidisciplinary project management, stakeholder coordination and successful delivery of large infrastructure projects from design through energization and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Governance
- Serve as the primary interface between the Client, Consultant, EPC Contractors, OEMs and external stakeholders.
- Establish project governance, communication protocols, reporting structures and responsibility matrices.
- Lead mobilization and management of PMC resources across transmission line corridors, substations and HVDC terminal facilities.
- Drive implementation of project execution strategies, monitoring systems and controls to achieve approved project objectives.
