Job Title: Account Manager (Client Servicing)
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra

CTC Range: Rs. 10 lakh per annum, depending on experience and role fit

1. Client Leadership & Relationship Management




• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client business priorities, marketing objectives, category dynamics, and communication challenges. problem-solving.
• Lead day-to-day and strategic client conversations with maturity, confidence, and ownership.
• Provide proactive recommendations that strengthen business outcomes, campaign effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure excellent servicing standards across retainers, projects, and campaign-based mandates.

2. Integrated Communication Planning & Delivery
• Lead integrated mandates across Retainer / Offline Creatives / Projects / Influencer / Events & Experience execution + Hygiene Media.
• Manage and drive multi-channel campaigns spanning ATL, BTL, digital, social, performance, media, tech, UI/UX, influencer, content, and on-ground activations.
