About the Role
Pice is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth for its Supply Chain Finance (SCF) vertical. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with solid problem-solving skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for scaling financial solutions in the MSME ecosystem.
You will be responsible for acquiring and managing key distributor and retailer partnerships, driving credit utilisation, and contributing to the strategic expansion of the SCF business. This is an opportunity to take on high-impact responsibilities and play a significant role in shaping the growth trajectory of Pice’s lending initiatives.

We are hiring for this role across multiple locations: Delhi,



Chennai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Indore, and Pune.

Key Responsibilities
- Anchor & Retailer Acquisition and Engagement: Identify, onboard, and engage new brand anchors, distributors, and retailers to drive adoption and utilisation of Pice’s financing solutions.
- Regional Sales Leadership: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet acquisition, disbursement, and revenue targets.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong business pipeline by identifying high-potential industries, brands, and markets within the assigned region.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers at brand anchors to establish and grow long-term strategic partnerships.
- Industry Engagement: Represent Pice at industry events, trade forums, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
