Role Overview:
As an Account Manager at Nine Degree, you’ll own the marketing journey for your clients end-to-end. From shaping the creative and content strategy to crafting copy, running campaigns, and spotting new growth opportunities - you’ll be both the strategist and the doer. You’ll roll up your sleeves to execute directly while also collaborating with a team to bring big ideas to life. Your ultimate goal is to help clients overcome challenges, amplify their presence, and drive business growth. You need to be a problem solver and a bit nerdy about timelines and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for your clients - building trust, managing expectations, and driving their marketing forward.
- Translate client goals and briefs into actionable strategies across creative, content, and advertising.
- Develop monthly account plans and oversee execution across platforms, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.




- Personally create copy, campaign ideas, and content where needed, while leveraging the team to scale execution.
- Constantly identify recent opportunities, channels, and creative approaches to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and efficiency.
- Measure campaign performance, share insights, and recommend next steps for continuous growth.
- Streamline client interactions and internal processes for smooth, efficient operations.
- Spot upselling opportunities that align with client needs and business growth.

Experience and Skills Required:
- 1–3 years in marketing (agency side), with hands-on experience in strategy and execution.
- Strong creative and content skills—copywriting, campaign ideation, and social media storytelling.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and demand generation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
