We are looking for Consultant Radiologists to join our growing Radiology and Imaging team at our Medavakkam centre. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Role DescriptionnThe Consultant Radiologist will be responsible for the interpretation and reporting of a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, with a strong emphasis on ultrasound and advanced sonography, including obstetric and fetal imaging. The role will involve working closely with referring clinicians, radiographers, sonographers and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate, clinically relevant and timely diagnostic reports.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Perform and report ultrasound examinations across a wide range of applications, including:n
- General abdominal and pelvic ultrasoundn
- Obstetric ultrasoundn
- First-trimester and anomaly scansn
- Fetal imaging and detailed fetal assessmentn
- Fetal echocardiographyn
- Doppler studies, including obstetric and vascular Dopplern
- Small-parts and superficial ultrasoundn
- Other routine and specialized ultrasound examinationsn
- Interpret and report CT, MRI and X-ray examinations as per clinical requirements and area of expertise.n
- Correlate imaging findings with the patient's clinical history, examination findings and laboratory results wherever relevant.n
- Ensure appropriate imaging protocols are followed and advise on additional or complementary imaging when clinically indicated.n
