Job Description:
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment
- Attend and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime
- Maintain and repair equipment such as pumps, motors, compressors, reactors, valves, and pipelines
- Monitor and maintain utility systems like boilers, cooling towers, chillers, and air compressors
- Perform routine inspection of machines and equipment for smooth operation
- Coordinate with production and store departments for maintenance support and spare parts
- Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and daily activity reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (PPE, LOTO, SOPs)
- Participate in shutdown and preventive maintenance schedules
- Support improvement activities to increase equipment efficiency and reliability
