Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, ensure compliance, and support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and experience handling end-to-end accounts processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
* ⁠Import and export compliances
* Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
* Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenses
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, VAT, or other applicable laws
* Coordinate internal and external audits
* Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
* Review payroll accounting entries and employee reimbursements




* Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
* Improve accounting systems and internal controls
* Supervise junior accountants / accounting staff

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
* 3–7+ years of accounting experience
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
* Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Excel, ERP software
* Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
BCOM/MCOM
* Experience in manufacturing, trading, or service industry accounting
