Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Review US individual and business tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, etc.)
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of tax preparers
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of returns
- Communicate and coordinate with US-based clients and internal teams
- Provide training, guidance, and support process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid technical knowledge of US taxation
- Prior review and team-handling experience
- Ability to communicate confidently with US clients
- Hands-on exposure to US tax software such as CCH, Drake, or UltraTax
