Job Description:

Position Title: Secondary Physics Teacher
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 1 year (Freshers not eligible)
Location: Jhajha (Except candidates from Bihar)
Preferred Gender: Female candidates only
Age Criteria: 25 to 45 years
Qualification Required:

- Graduate in Physics

- B.Ed is mandatory

- Preference will be given to candidates with Mathematics as a second subject

Salary Range: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA (negotiable based on experience and profile)

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to 15 days

Role & Responsibilities:

- Teach Physics to students from Classes 5 to 10.

- Conduct and facilitate hands-on practical classes to enhance learning outcomes.

- Prepare and deliver well-structured lesson plans aligned with the academic calendar.





- Create a student-friendly and engaging learning environment that encourages interaction and doubt-clearing.

- Maintain academic records including notebooks, assignments, test papers, and internal assessments.

- Organize and conduct periodic tests, internal evaluations, projects, and academic activities.

- Take up invigilation duties, evaluate student performance, and maintain detailed mark statements.

- Manage responsibilities as a class teacher or mentor, including homeroom management and student discipline.

- Communicate effectively with parents during PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings).

- Be versatile to substitute for absent colleagues and participate in other school-related duties as required.
