nAbout the Role
nAs an Instructional Designer, you will design and develop creative, learner-centric training solutions for enterprise and digital learning environments. This role requires expertise in instructional design methodologies, content development, stakeholder management, and modern learning technologies.
nKey Responsibilities
nDesign end-to-end learning solutions aligned with business and learner needs.
nConduct training needs analysis and define learning objectives and instructional strategies.
nDevelop content for ILT, VILT, e-learning, microlearning, blended learning, and digital learning programs.
nCreate storyboards, facilitator guides, learner guides, assessments, and other learning assets.




nApply instructional design frameworks including ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Adult Learning Principles.
nCollaborate with SMEs, business stakeholders, trainers, designers, and technology teams.
nDesign assessments and knowledge checks to measure learning effectiveness.
nUtilize learning technologies and authoring tools to create engaging digital learning experiences.
nManage multiple projects while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
nStay current with emerging trends in AI-enabled learning, instructional design, and learning technologies.
nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n12+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Design, or Content Development.
nStrong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
nExpertise in developing digital and blended learning solutions.
nStrong skills in curriculum design, storyboardi
