nAbout the Role
nWe are seeking a passionate and target-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Candidates with prior experience in real estate sales will be given preference.
nKey Responsibilities
nGenerate, qualify, and convert leads into successful property bookings.
nHandle customer inquiries received through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
nConduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
nUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.




nFollow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions.
nAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
nMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to booking.
nStay updated on project details, pricing, market trends, and competitor activities.
nParticipate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns whenever required.
nEligibility CriteriaEducation
nGraduate in any discipline.
nMBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.
nExperience
n1–6 years of experience in sales.
nCandidates with Real Estate Sales experience will be preferred.
nCandidates from Banking, Insurance, Automobile, Hospitality, Telecom, Luxury Retail, BFSI, or other customer-facing sales backgrounds with strong sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
