Role Summary
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities, maintain data accuracy, and ensure smooth coordination across internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be process-driven, proficient in MS Office, and comfortable managing routine operational tasks independently.

- Execute daily backend operational activities as per defined SOPs.n
- Maintain and update operational trackers, databases, and internal systems.n
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting of operational data.n
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support business requirements.n
- Assist with documentation, audit readiness, and compliance-related activities.n




- Drive process efficiency through adherence to established workflows and controls.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- 1–3 years of experience in Backend Operations, Operations Support, or Administration.n
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Office tools.n
- High attention to detail with a robust process-oriented mindset.n
- Ability to manage routine operational tasks independently and accurately.n
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.n
- Comfortable working from the Mahape office location on a regular basis.n
