Purpose of the Role: The Enterprise Digital System (EDS) aims to enhance transparency, performance tracking, and decision-making across the Tata Steel Foundation,



we are seeking a energetic and technically sound person to play a pivotal role in the implementation and post-launch optimization of TSF’s in-house ERP system (EDS). The role demands strong coordination across departments, rigorous follow-up, change management skills, and the ability to translate system features into tangible user outcomes. Development & Monitoring of the API based integration between SAP & EDS is required.

Key Deliverables:
- Support end-to-end implementation of the EDS platform across all relevant functions.
- Manage and troubleshoot system-level problems, EDS-related queries & issues.
- Assist in data migration, validation, and ensuring data integrity.
- Support user training and drive adoption through periodic support sessions and resource materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical and non-technical) to ensure seamless change management.
- Liaise with the ERP development vendor for timely resolution of bugs and enhancements.
