SELL AI TO BUSINESSES ACROSS THE US & UK
- Ywork.ai is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help us grow across the US and UK construction markets.
- This is a high-intensity, phone-first outbound sales role for people who are genuinely valuable at cold calling and enjoy creating opportunities from scratch.
- Your primary responsibility will be cold calling. You will also use email, LinkedIn, and digital outreach to support your prospecting efforts, but the majority of your day will be focused on speaking directly with potential customers.
- You should be comfortable making 100 outbound calls per day and working toward a target of 5 qualified demos per day.
- Outbound sales is a numbers and probability game. We are looking for people who understand that consistent activity, persistence, strong conversations, and disciplined follow-ups create results.
