Job DescriptionAt EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for an experienced and client-focused Account Manager - Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) to lead the delivery of facilities management services across a prestigious multi-site portfolio in India. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, contractual compliance, stakeholder satisfaction, financial performance, and continuous improvement while serving as the primary interface between EFS and the client.
nRole Overview
nThe Account Manager will be responsible for managing EFS's facilities management partnership across a large multi-location portfolio, ensuring seamless delivery of hard and soft services, solid client engagement, and operational excellence. The role requires a seasoned facilities management professional with expertise in building systems, asset management, maintenance strategies, vendor management, financial oversight, and stakeholder relationship management.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service deliveryn
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated facilities management services across multiple locationsn
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service standards, SLAs, KPIs, and governance requirementsn
- Drive operational excellence through effective management of hard and soft servicesn
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical building systems to ensure asset reliability and operational efficiencyn
- Develop and implement proactive, preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance strategiesn
- Drive asset management initiatives to maximise asset lifecycle, equipment performance, and business continuityn
- Monitor and leverage BMS, CAFM, and other operational systems to enhance reporting and operational performancen
- Lead vendor and contractor management activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost optimisationn
