nEducation Required:
nBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, advertising, communications, or business administration. A master's degree or certification in project management may be preferred.
nExperience in Tools and Technology:
nProficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
nExperience with creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
nFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
nEssential Hiring Skills:
nStrong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously.
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
nBudget management and resource allocation expertise to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.




nLeadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide creative professionals to achieve project goals.
nGood-to-Have Skills:
nKnowledge of design principles and creative processes to provide informed feedback and guidance to the creative team.
nExperience in agile project management methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
nUnderstanding of copyright and intellectual property laws to ensure compliance with creative work.

nDelivery Management & SLA Adherence: Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring consistent achievement of SLA commitments through robust governance, operational discipline, and focus on timely, high-quality outcomes.
nOwn integrated delivery across Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative Services
nManage interdependencies between teams (Creative → Marketing → Ecom workflows)
nEnsure seamless handoffs and end-to-end execution
nProject Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for creative projects.
