nThe role
nThis is a dedicated closer, and the job is specific.
nOur buyers are Trustees and Chairpersons of multi-campus education groups. Those doors are opened by our founders and by referral. You are not expected to arrive with a Trustee network, and you will not be measured on cold sourcing.
nYou drive everything after the door opens. Discovery across campuses, qualification, multi-threading into the CFO and academic leadership, demo strategy, commercials, procurement, contracting, close.

- Group of Institution deals end to end, from first Trustee meeting to signaturen




- Trustee and Economic Buyer relationships, once introducedn
- Discovery across 5 to 40+ campus groups, not one campus at a timen
- MEDDPICC qualification on every deal, in HubSpotn
- Partner co-sell with our channel partnersn

nWho we are looking for
n
- n
- You have personally closed a multi-year or renewable contract into a committee-led, non-technical institution, at ACV at or above Rs. 5L. This is the one thing we will not compromise on.n
- 3 to 6 years running a full cycle end to end: discovery, stakeholder mapping, commercials, procurement, close.n
- You have carried a quota and hit it, and can talk about your number without checking notes.n
- Comfortable with 3 to 6 month, multi-stakeholder, relationship-driven cycles.n
- Coachable. You will get direct feedback from founders every week.n
- Bangalore-based. Office-first, five days, with regular travel across South India.n
