nEssential Job Duties:

- Process all transaction billings in Revenue Management System (RMS) system and research discrepancies.n
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data; track second half billings based on contingencies, occupancy, etc.n
- Prepare quarterly and yearly revenue reports & Revenue accounting -as per ASC 606/IFRS 15n
- Assist with the recent business processes and work with management.n
- Cash reconciliations, payment date accounting, monthly reporting and report production, daily modeling,



analysis and reporting and financial Analysis.n
- Responsible for day- to-day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areasn
- Research and resolve inquiries for assigned functional areas; Investigate and report to the Manager any inconsistencies or improprieties.n
- Analyze data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed.n
- Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance Projects as assigned by Managementn
