nAbout the Role
nWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in accounting operations, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. This role requires hands-on experience with QuickBooks and a solid understanding of accounting best practices. Experience with US GAAP and tax filing is highly desirable.
nThis position is best suited for accounting professionals who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting functions.
n• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and financial records.
n• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
n• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).




n• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
n• Conduct bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
n• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
n• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
n• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.
n• Assist with tax preparation, tax filing, and regulatory compliance activities.
n• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
nRequired Qualifications
n• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
n• 10+ years of proven accounting and bookkeeping experience.
n• Solid hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Mandatory).
n• Deep understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting processes.
n• Experience preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
n• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
