nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Business Operations professional to drive the Imports function through strong data analysis, Excel-based reporting, operational tracking and problem-solving.
nThe role will work closely with Supply, Finance, Logistics and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient import operations.
nWhat You'll Do

- n
- Own MIS, dashboards and trackers for imports, shipments, inventory, costs and payments.n
- Analyse large datasets using Excel to identify trends, variances, inefficiencies and business insights.n
- Track the end-to-end import journey.n
- Manage landed cost calculations, reconciliation and variance tracking with Finance.n
- Track shipment timelines, quantities, inventory and operational deviations.n
- Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, CHAs and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure.n




- Identify operational gaps and drive data-backed problem solving and process improvements.n
- Support import documentation, compliance and other operational requirements.n

nWhat We're Looking For
n
- n
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Imports/Exports, Logistics or Analytics.n
- Strong Excel skills — Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis and reconciliation.n
- Strong numerical and analytical ability with high attention to detail.n
- Ability to work with large datasets and convert numbers into actionable insights.n
- Robust ownership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.n

nSomeone who is strong with numbers, excellent at Excel and a problem solver — someone who can look at data, identify what is going wrong and drive the solution rather than just track tasks.
