Job DescriptionAs a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for growing Grabto's restaurant ecosystem, onboarding high-quality partners, strengthening existing relationships, and developing strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
nKey Responsibilities
n* Identify and onboard new restaurants, cafés, bars, and hospitality partners.
n* Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
n* Develop partnership proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
n* Create strategies to increase bookings, transactions, and GMV from partner restaurants.
n* Manage and grow an assigned territory/city.
n* Regularly meet partners and understand their business requirements.
n* Identify opportunities for offers, campaigns, events, and co-funded promotions.
n* Coordinate with the product, marketing, operations, and growth teams for partner execution.
n* Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
n* Track competitors, market trends, pricing, offers, and customer behavior.




n* Build a strong pipeline of potential restaurant partners.
n* Set and achieve monthly onboarding, revenue, and growth targets.
n* Prepare regular reports on partner acquisition, retention, revenue, and territory growth.
n* Help develop Grabto's playbook for expanding into new neighborhoods and cities.
nIdeal Candidate
n* 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, hospitality, or field growth.
n* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
n* Comfortable meeting business owners and closing partnerships.
n* Commercially minded with a strong understanding of sales and growth.
n* Highly proactive and comfortable working independently.
n* Willing to travel within the city and meet partners regularly.
n* Strong ownership mentality and target-oriented approach.
n* Startup experience is a plus.
